Nearly 12 million women left the workforce during the COVID-19 pandemic, erasing decades of progress. Globant wanted to bring them back, stronger.

One of the most diverse and progressive technology companies in the world, Globant was looking for a way to bring hope back post-pandemic by not only helping women return to the workforce, but introducing them to tech and preparing them for successful careers. They started with 10,000 women, and with our help, reached hundreds of thousands by bringing together their partners, clients, employees and the press through an integrated brand awareness campaign.

Navigating a career in tech

The tech industry has a reputation for being alienating and unforgiving to women. It doesn’t have to be.

Globant views difference as a differentiator in tech and was keen on bringing that message to life with a campaign centered around the origins of our differences: being human.
