As our world grows increasingly polarized, it will be the thinkers and doers who bring us back together, but they’re getting tired and need to be inspired to keep pushing forward.

Small business owners, intrapreneurs and women have the potential to create substantial change, fueled by the right insights and inspiration. In its push toward this mission, TED expanded its flagship TEDWomen conference and turned to Tote + Pears to help them find diverse, innovative, action-oriented people who are ready to address today’s challenges along with what’s up next.
